You'll need

- 1 egg (protein)

- 1 banana (rich in Potassium, Manganese and Vit B6)

-1 tablespoon almond butter ( source of protein, healthy fat, no carbs!)

add ons: blueberries

Whisk all together and cook in a pan for 1 to 2 minutes per side and enjoy.
